A Note from Behind the Lens

Hello, I’m Daisy!

A portrait photographer who loves capturing people in a natural and timeless light. My work is centred around maternity, newborns and portraits, creating images that feel effortless while still full of personality. Each session is gently guided and relaxed, allowing space for real moments and natural expression.

My love for portraiture began when my niece was born and I was asked to photograph her newborn images. That experience sparked something for me and shaped the way I work today, with patience, care and an appreciation for the small details that make these moments so special.

I work from Studio Snaps in Cambridge, a studio I own and use for many of my sessions. It’s a space designed to feel welcoming and creative with beautiful light that allows me to experiment, refine my work and create portraits without the pressure.

Photography has never felt like just a job to me. It’s something I genuinely enjoy and continue to learn from every day, inspired by the people I meet and the stories they trust me to capture.

My Studio.

I work from my studio based in Cambridge on Cobble Yard, just behind the Grafton Centre. There is plenty of seating to accomodate those who are watching from behind the scenes as well as tea, coffee and cold drinks to make you feel right at home!
